The Context of White Supremacy hosts the sixth study session on former South African President Nelson Mandela’s autobiography, Long Walk To Freedom (1994). Gus hopes this will be an opportunity for Victims of Racism to learn more about the region of South Africa and the manner in which White Terrorism was practiced in this location during the 20th century. Last week’s session delivered more contradictions to Madiba’s claim that he hated White people, not Racism. We got more examples of him helping random – ungrateful – White strangers and additional Whites exceptions who were not (or less) Racist. We also covered key lessons about the importance of not allowing slogans and emotional rants to impair logic, truth. Madiba emphasized the need for practical tactics of dealing with the awesome force of global White Terrorism. We’ll continue to monitor contradictions in the story, possible influence of White ghost writer Rick Stengal, and incongruence between Madiba’s thoughts and deeds in relation to Whites.
