Political Prisoner and former member of the Black Panther Party for Self Defense has been released according to reports on social media from those close to him. Dominque Stevenson, director of the Baltimore chapter of the American Friends Service Committee announced Conway’s release via Facebook.

29Conway was convicted in a trial involving the killing of a police officer. There were many issues with his trial. Conway, like many Black Panthers were targets of racist police departments and illegal FBI CointelPro activities, which aimed to prevent a “Black Messiah” from arising. CointelPro activities by the FBI with co-operation from local police departments around the country and media, included assassinations, frame-ups and media reports demonizing defendants to prevent them from getting fair trials to name just a few.

  1. According to what and who your president BH Obama loves. He will have all the protection he needs; maybe even a job waiting for him. But just looking at the before and “now” picture of himself…..I don’t think that he’s the same knid of man. May the same man persay but not on the same bumppy vehicle. I really hope he will be for all Americans. I really hope that he is a conserative. I am a conservative but not a
Conservative. …a like, I am an American and not an “Ameri-CON”.
