The two party political system turning voters off?

Political analysts say the two-party system and the de-facto absence of an alternative is turning the public away from politics. In Oregon, voters will decide on whether or not to scrap the two party system for a “top-two” primary system in primaries where the two top vote getters will face each other in a run off despite their political party affiliation.
