Today during the first hour we will be joined by Ana Maria Cardenas of the IFCO/Pastors for Peace to discuss the upcoming bus tour to help break the Cuban blockade. Ana Maria Cardenas, program coordinator for IFCO/Pastors for Peace’s “Friendshipment Caravan” and she says the bus tour is to dispel myths and propaganda that has helped to cement the American imposed boycott of Cuba and its people.
“We want to dispel mistruths about Cuba,” Cardenas told Red Dirt Report back in July of 2014.
Since the tour to end the blockade on Cuba, the Obama administration has announced a normalizing of relations with the Island nation and the Cuban 5, former political prisoners have since returned home.
During the second hour we will be joined by Music Producer Sincere Nokwaree to discuss Black History and his contribution to documenting Black History via music with his production “Beat Tape Lectures Vol.1″.
