Today is definitely an action oriented day. We have a call to action in support of Brother and Elder Mumia Abu-Jamal. I received this communication on March 30:

At 1pm EST today, Mumia Abu-Jamal had a medical emergency and was taken to the Intensive Care Unit at Schuylkill Medical Center in Pottsville, PA. We need your immediate help to make sure that Mumia’s family will be able to visit him NOW.

Call now and demand that Mumia’s family can visit him at the medical center:               570-773-2158 x8102                                                                                                           SCI Mahanoy                                                                                                                           301 Morea Rd, Frackville PA

Superintendent John Kerestes
(570) 773-2158

We do not trust that the prison officials will provide any transparency on Mumia’s medical emergency. They indeed told us Phil Africa was fine, and he passed away the next day.

We need you to help us demand family visitation rights at Schuylkill Medical Center NOW!

Also today we have as our guest Prof. Phil Gillon, of Politics & MoneY Inc. The Professor is an expert in these matters, as the title of his website would indicate. We are looking forward to his unique insight into the problems which result in our mass incarceration and the problem of modern day slavery. Folks ask me all the time if we offer any solutions… well, get on your thinking cap and be ready to take notes- a man with some answers is here for you!

We will look at the up to date news on modern day slavery in America, and break it down from an Abolitionist’s perspective.

Our Unexplainable Black Death Profile is John Crawford, 22- shot and killed by Beavercreek (OH.) Police, while shopping at WalMart.
