Race Treaty: Malcolm X Grassroots Movement (MXGM) & Human Rights Work

Race Treaty co-hosts Noel Didla will host special guests Akil Bakari, Mikea Kambui and Akinyele Umoja. They are founding members and current national members joining the local chapter leaders in these two critical conversations on the human rights struggle that will bring to light the amazingly necessary work MXGM has been doing in our communities.

We will focus on how the principles and values of MXGM continue to impact nation building in various parts of the nation state through people’s assemblies, electoral politics, coalition building work around economic justice, people centered disaster mitigation, community education, cultural work, self defense trainings, security work, legal work, resource generation and more. We will particularly have a southern focus and share personal to collective stories of struggle, triumphs, progress as witnessed in Jackson and Atlanta respectively.

MXGM is an organization of New Afrikans whose mission is to defend the human rights of our people and promote self-determination in our community.
