Race Treaty: The People Have Decided: Jackson, Mississippi and the grassroots electoral victory

Chokwe Antar Lumumba has won the mayoral race by a whopping 93% majority, with a higher voter turnout than the primary, which defied all political predictions. In this show, members of the grassroots movement will provide analysis of the people based and place-based legacies, struggles, truths and cultures that have contributed to shaping this monumental and extraordinary moment in history, and the second phase of grassroots municipal leadership development onus that is taking shape in Jackson, MS.

Akil Bakari, Akinyele Umoja, Taliba Obuya, Makungu Akinyela will be joined in a conversation moderated by Noel Didla.

“Race Treaty” radio program highlights the various and daily violations of International Law as it relates to Racism & Human Rights. This will include a focus on “White Supremacy” as Systemic, Institutional, Structural and Personal/Interpersonal. We seek to engage Activist, Social Change Agents and other personalities addressing the issue of the “Race Treaty”. We will also highlight the UN 10 year Decade for Peoples of African Descent, news, and activities globally.
