butt (broadcast using this tool) is easy to use, multi-OS streaming tool. It supports SHOUTcast and Icecast and runs on Linux, Mac OS X, and Windows. The main purpose of Butt is to stream live audio data from your computer machine to a Shoutcast or Icecast internet based radio server. A recording is also possible making it a great tool for creating podcasts. The configuration in the video is based on an older version of butt, later versions of Butt 0.1.13 have made some minor changes to the general user interface (GUI) and the ability to record stereo podcasts from live radio broadcasts. Download version Butt 0.1.13 

***Configure Butt 0.1.13 For Broadcasting Digital Internet Radio is in conjunction with the instructions for configuring soundcards found in Digital Broadcasting Kit For Laptops & Desktops and later configurations using mixers which use the same instructions as if using small external USB sound cards.
