The Context of White Supremacy hosts our Thursday weekly caucus on neutralizing Workplace Racism. This program is uniquely engineered to improve non-white people’s problem-solving ability and refine how black people think, speak, act and control emotions while on the job. Any listeners who’ve figured out the most effective strategy to minimize conflicts with White and/or non-white co-workers, bypass demotions, write-ups, terminations or other forms of violence we experience under Racist work conditions should be first to dial in with particulars. We always value hearing the experiences of “black entrepreneurs;” please, share with us how being “self employed” makes better your labor experience. We’ll also re-examine what impedes us from applying our counter-racist code at on the job. More often than not, failure to apply counter-racist logic leads to easily avoidable trouble. Gus suggests that Victims of Racism write down notable workplace occurrences. Documenting your thoughts and workplace occurrences is more reliable than memory, and the act of writing can organize your thinking. We’ll also ask that non-white listeners share important portions of the policy and procedure from your current place of employment.
