The C.O.W.S. Counter-Racist T-Shirt Experiment

Tuesday, July 3rd 8:00PM Eastern/ 5:00PM Pacific

The Context of White Supremacy makes time to discuss how the latest round of counter-racist t-shirts have been received. Years ago, we experimented with shirts that said, “Please, respect me like I am a White person.” Dr. Trav cajoled Gus into printing the shirts, and was invaluable in pressing the distributing out the shirts. These controversial tops weren’t exactly thought of as the latest fashion craze. Gus anticipated Whites would be mostly pleasant and courteous about the shirt because so much of the practice of White Supremacy depends on duping clues victims. The shirt would suggest the non-white person has some grasp that they are being harmed specifically because they are not White, and this would be enough to make most Racists hesitant about molesting a more alert victim. Over the past six years, Gus has had many opportunities to dawn his counter-racist garment, and the overwhelming response has been in line with his prediction. Now, that the fresh batch of shirts have been mailed, we’ll see what the experience has been for other C.O.W.S. listeners.

The C.O.W.S. Radio Program is specifically engineered for black & non-white listeners – Victims of White Supremacy. The purpose of this program is to provide Victims of White Supremacy with constructive information and suggestions on how to counter Racist Woman & Racist Man.
