As the situation in Ferguson intensified again, an unidentified police officer was capture on video threatening to shoot KARG Argus Radio cameraman and commentator Mustafa Hussien in the face if he did not turn a camera light off. It was believed the officer was part of a team who were about to launch another unprovoked attack on a group of unarmed demonstrators exercising their first amendment rights.

This assault was well ahead of the illegal curfew put in place by Governor Jay Nixon as a response to the actions of a few alleged “lootings” that many residents say would not have occurred if police were focused on protecting businesses instead of trying to break the will of peaceful demonstrators angry over the murder of unarmed teen Michael Brown and the inappropriate response to the first round of protests over the killing.
