Cop who assaulted former Black Panther Dhoruba Bin-Wahad indicted

Former Clayton County, Georgia police officer Ryan Hall was fired in 2014 after cell phone video taken by a concerned citizen who witnessed him abusing 69 yr-old Dhoruba al-Mujahid bin Wahad on the property of the new home the victim was moving into. The video was proof that Hall lied in his police report in order to justify his brutal treatment of the elderly man and the resulting false charges.

Officer Hall claimed he was investigating a burglary call in the neighborhood which can not be confirmed but was told by Dhoruba al-Mujahid bin Wahad that he was moving into the home and showed him his house key. Hall claimed his victim was lying.

A Clayton County grand jury indicted Ryan Hall on a battery charge.

The victim, Dhoruba al-Mujahid bin Wahad is along time activist, a former Black Panther Party leader, a victim of Cointelpro and he is the co-founder of the Black Liberation Army.
