The C.O.W.S. Workplace Racism 07/21/16

Thursday, July 21st 8:00PM Eastern/ 5:00PM Pacific

The Context of White Supremacy hosts our weekly forum on Workplace Racism. This program is specifically crafted for problem-solving and codifying how black people think, speak, act and manage our emotions while on the job. Any listeners who have come across the best way to reduce problems with White and/or non-white co-workers, remain free of demotions, write-ups, terminations or the other numerous difficulties we generally experience under White Supremacist working conditions should make sure to call in and share details. Victims of Racism who are “self-employed” are encouraged to reveal their experiences with Racism as an entrepreneur. We’ll hear suggestions from listeners as well as individual observations from your own work environment. We’ll continue to ask that non-white listeners share significant portions of the rules and regulations from your current place of employment. The police shootings in Dallas, Texas and Baton Rouge, Louisiana have added an additional toxic element to many work environments. We’ll explore strategies on how to respond to current events and the political discourse concerning the presidential election.
