The Context of White Supremacy hosts our weekly caucus on Workplace Racism. This program is specifically constructed for problem-solving and codifying how black people think, speak, act and manage our emotions while on the job. Any listeners who have discovered the best way to minimize problems with White and/or non-white co-workers, remain free of demotions, write-ups, terminations or the other numerous unpleasantries we often experience under White Supremacist working conditions should make sure to call in and share details. Victims of Racism who are “self-employed” are encouraged to reveal their experiences with Racism as an entrepreneur. We’ll hear suggestions from listeners as well as individual observations from your own work environment.
