8 PM EST - “The last four or five hundred years of European contact with Africa produced a body of literature that presented Africa in a very bad light and Africans in very lurid terms. The reason for this had to do with the need to justify the slave trade and slavery.” - Chinua Achebe

The Context of White Supremacy hosts our weekly session on Workplace Racism. This program is designed to exclusively examine problem-solving and codifying how black people think, speak, act and manage our emotions while on the job. Any listeners who have figured out the optimal method to avoid problems with White and/or non-white co-workers, remain free of demotions, write-ups, terminations or the other typical problems we often experience under Racist working conditions should be first to call in and share particulars. Black “entrepreneurs” are encouraged to share their experiences with Racism being “self employed.” We’ll hear strategies from listeners as well as individual observations from your own work environment. We’ll request that non-white listeners share significant sections of the policy and procedure from your current place of employment.
