The C.O.W.S. Workplace Racism 10/27/16

The Context of White Supremacy hosts our weekly segment on Workplace Racism. This program is specifically designed to examine problem-solving and codifying how black people think, speak, act and manage our emotions while on the job. Any listeners who have figured out the best methods to reduce problems with White and/or non-white co-workers, avoid demotions, write-ups, terminations or the other usual problems we often experience in Racist work environments should be first to call in and share particulars. Black “entrepreneurs” are encouraged to share their experiences with Racism being “self employed.” We’ll hear suggestions from listeners as well as individual observations from your own work environment. We’ll request that non-white listeners share significant sections of the policy and procedure from your current place of employment.
