The Context of White Supremacy hosts our Thursday weekly caucus on Workplace Racism. The purpose for this broadcast is to refine non-white people’s problem-solving ability and to improve how black people think, speak, act and manage emotions while on the job. Any listeners who’ve figured out the optimal method to reduce strife with White and/or non-white co-workers, avoid demotions, write-ups, terminations or other aggression we experience under Racist labor conditions should immediately call in with specifics. We always welcome the experiences of “black entrepreneurs;” please, inform us on how being “self-employed” improves your work experience. We’ll hear counter-racist techniques from listeners as well as individual reflections from your own work environment. Gus encourages Victims of Racism to write down critical workplace events. Documenting your thoughts and workplace occurrences is more reliable than memory, and the act of documenting can clarify your thinking. We’ll also ask that non-white listeners share important portions of the policy and procedure from your current place of employment.
