We’ll see if she has recommendations for replenishing ourselves and recognizing when we should let go of a unhealthy job. We’ll also see if Dr. DeGruy has tips for restoring our confidence, #BlackSelfRespect. Many black people have disclosed being undermined and sabotaged by fellow employees, which caused them to feel less certain of their abilities.
