The Context of White Supremacy hosts our Friday weekly caucus on neutralizing Workplace Racism. This broadcast is specifically engineered to improve non-white people’s problem-solving skills and refine how black people think, speak, act and control emotions while at work. Any listeners who’ve designed a code to minimize conflicts with White and/or non-white co-workers, bypass demotions, write-ups, terminations or other forms of violence we experience under Racist work conditions should be first to call in with particulars. We always appreciate the chance to learn about the experiences of “black entrepreneurs.” Please, share with us how being “self employed” improves your work experience. We’ll continue to review how attempted counter-racists can best utilize recording devices to solve problems without creating new problems in the workplace. We’ll make a brief return to Calvin Lawrence visit to The C.O.W.S. earlier this week. He discussed his workplace experience in the Canadian police force – which was inundated with White Supremacy and alcoholic coworkers. In his book, Mr. Lawrence speaks candidly about how workplace tyranny eroded his health, confidence, and left him in a state of depression. This happens to countless black and non-white people. We’ll also review This American Life’s recent segment detailing White Supremacy/Racism in an Amsterdam fire department.

  1. the company went out of business about 10 years later. I cashed in my 401k and took my infinity i30t on a cross country ride until i got bored like forest gump. The company had so much money and OSHA has so few inspectors that they just paid the fines and continued killing people that lined up for it because they could make 6 figures with a high school education.
