The Context of White Supremacy
hosts the weekly forum on Neutralizing Workplace Racism. So far, some of us made it through the rona, wildfires, protests, hurricanes/tropical storms and a hosts of other catastrophes to get to autumn apology from Ellen DeGeneres
. The Suspected white supremacist and longtime daytime talk show host was accused of operating a “toxic” and “racist
” work environment. She returned to the camera for her latest season, and offered another round of lame White apologies. Coincidentally, DeGeneres is openly “gay” and promotes anti-sexual conduct, and this very week, the Harvard Business Review devoted an entire segment to promoting a “trans-inclusive
” work environment. I’m not sure White people have ever devoted serious time and energy to creating a “black-inclusive” work environment. We’ll continue to address how to make your work environment as safe as possible during the coronavirus pandemic. This would include not discussing the election or protests for the duration of the calendar year and beyond.
