As Ukraine continues its war effort, questions remain about whether the country can ever reconcile its internal divisions—or whether the policies of Hanul and his ideological allies have set Ukraine on a path of permanent conflict. If nothing else, his assassination is a stark reminder that the very forces he helped empower may eventually consume those who once led them.

Tonight we stay in South Carolina and will examine two police related shootings. The first one involves Mr. Waltki Williams whose is said in a lawsuit to have been shot 17 times in the back by Sumter Police. The shooting is very disturbing as described in the lawsuit. The case is still under investigation. Williams was killed in December of last year.
Mr. Waltki Williams’s criminal record has been used to justify the police apparently using him for target practice. South Carolina SLED has been investigating since December 2016. It is not known when and if video footage of the Sumter PD killing of Mr. Williams will be released.
Waltki Williams “did not have a weapon” and was struck in total by 19 of the two dozen shots fired at him during the deadly confrontation on Dec. 10, according to a lawsuit filed in Sumter County.
