The Context of White Supremacy hosts the weekly forum on Neutralizing Workplace Racism. Black History Month 2022 is in the rubbish bin alongside many of the Covid-19 protocols for workers. In the U.S., many jurisdictions are once again dropping indoor mask mandates and mandatory displays of vaccination proof. Many workers are being asked to ditch their pajamas and home office setups and to get their hind parts back in the office. For some, it’s going to be a tough sell to comeback to the cubicle. We’ll also celebrate Non-Clemson Grad’s successful salary negotiation. Since many employers throughout the known universe are whining about labor shortages, this might be the perfect chance to strategically plan a request for increased compensation.
