Today we are joined by New Abolitionists Max Parthas to discuss the KKK rally and the counter rally by various groups planned for this Saturday on the SC State House grounds in Columbia, South Carolina. Max is a co-host and co-producer of New Abolitionists Radio which every week reviews the states to see if they are engaged in activity that could fall under RICO laws. Today we learned that prosecutors are not the only people who can use RICO to go after suspects.

Two confederate monuments were defaced in Charlotte, NC with one thanking people for standing up for white supremacy by praising soldiers for upholding the “AngloSaxon civilization of the South.”
Investigators look into the death of 28 yr-old Sandra Bland who had just moved to Naperville, Texas to start a new job when she pulled over by a Texas State Trooper for allegedly failing to use her signal during a lane change. She was arrested for no apparent reason and days later was found dead in a jail cell under very suspicious circumstance. One person on Facebook says she has had to study suicides since her twin sister took her life and she says the story given by authorities make no sense.
Two Cleveland police supervisors were disciplined for failing to do a background check on Timothy Loehmann before hiring him. Loehmann is hte Cleveland cop who killed 12 yr-old Tamir Rice.
