Video: Burundi refuses to cooperate with ICC war crimes probe

Burundi has refused to cooperate with the International Criminal Court’s investigation into allegations of war crimes and crimes against humanity. Judges approved the probe just before Burundi was due to withdraw from the I-C-C — meaning the court still has jurisdiction. Our EU correspondent Jack Parrock reports.
