The Context of White Supremacy hosts our Thursday weekly caucus on neutralizing Workplace Racism. This broadcast is specifically constructed to improve non-white people’s problem-solving ability and refine how black people think, speak, act and regulate emotions while on the job. Any listeners who’ve deduced the best method to minimize conflicts with White and/or non-white co-workers, avoid from demotions, write-ups, terminations or other forms of violence we experience in Racist work environments should be first to call in with particulars. We always value hearing the perspectives of “black entrepreneurs;” please, share with us how being “self employed” improves your labor experience. We’ll also re-visit what stops us from implementing our counter-racist codification on the job. More often than not, failure to apply codification leads to easily avoidable trouble. Gus recommends that Victims of Racism write down critical workplace incidents. Documenting your thoughts and workplace occurrences is more dependable than memory, and the act of writing can organize your thinking. We’ll also ask that non-white listeners share significant portions of the policy and procedure from your current place of employment.
The C.O.W.S. Radio Program is specifically engineered for black & non-white listeners – Victims of White Supremacy. The purpose of this program is to provide Victims of White Supremacy with constructive information and suggestions on how to counter Racist Woman & Racist Man.
