A terrible fire ripped through a 26 story apartment building in London and while an official determination as to the cause of the fire has not been made, some residents did complain about unsafe conditions in November of 2016. Survivors and witnesses described a horrifying scene of people jumping to their deaths and being forced to drop their children out of windows to escape the blaze.
