The Rent Party in NYC for the Bronx 120 is today and we spoke with Rahel who is an organizer with Black Youth Project 100, a member-based organization of black 18-35-year-olds. BYP100 has been working against broken windows policing a practice of policing that targets black and poor people. Currently, BYP100 has launched a campaign against permanent exclusion, a policy that bans individuals from public housing when a family member is arrested.
