The C.O.W.S. Neutralizing Workplace Racism 01/29/21

The Context of White Supremacy hosts the weekly forum on Neutralizing Workplace Racism. We’ll continue to examine how the coronavirus is disrupting the work environment. Last week, a black female caller detailed outstanding black self respect by snitching on co-workers who disregard safety regulations and mock those who wear masks and distance from others. Advocating for your health and safety will remain a key component of countering racism in the workplace. This will include getting as much information as possible about possible vaccine requirements and possibly the procedure for declining inoculations. We’ll continue to remind listeners to avoid discussing politics in the workplace. There is no benefit to black workers volunteering their thoughts on the new president, the impeachment proceedings or any other topics unrelated to your official duties.
