Some listeners report that Covid-19 policies seem to be stabilizing, so that workers have a better idea of what to expect day to day without regular changes. We’ll see how folks are adjusting to the new year and new regulations. Be sure you’re doing your best to keep yourself safe. If you’re in the market for a new job, make sure you ask for a salary, vacation days and/or any other benefits. The so called labor shortage has so many companies across the world struggling to secure workers, this is the time to maximize your value and employee benefits. We’re headed into “black history month,” so be on alert about being roped into any projects that pretend to deal with Racism. Black history month projects don’t lead to promotions.
