The C.O.W.S. Compensatory Call-In 04/09/22 #CovidIsForBlackPeople

Saturday, April 9th 9:00PM Eastern/ 6:00PM Pacific

The Context of White Supremacy hosts the weekly Compensatory Call-In. We encourage non-white listeners to dial in with their codified concepts, new terms, observations, research findings, workplace problems or triumphs, and/or suggestions on how best to Replace White Supremacy With Justice ASAP. We’ll use these sessions to hone our use of words as tools to reveal truth, neutralize White people. We’ll examine news reports from the past seven days and – hopefully – promote a constructive dialog.

After weeks of speculation and grousing, Supreme Court Justice nominee Ketanji Brown Jackson was confirmed to the highest court in the land. Speaking of conflict, the jousting continues over the controversial reparations package that was recently approved in California. Thus far, no checks have been written. Days after passage of the new anti-lynching legislation, reports are beginning to point out that black males may be prosecuted according to the new lynch law. *surprise* Interestingly, a new report suggests Whites became less concerned about the Covid-19 pandemic once it became thought of as a black person’s disease. We’ll also discuss the senseless death of a fourteen-year-old on a Florida “thrill” ride. Tyre Sampson was buried in Missouri this weekend, but his family continues question why their black child’s life was not valued.
