The decomposed body of Otis James Bryd was found this week; there’s been no cause of death for his strange, recurring phenomena. Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu celebrated the new season with a successful re-election; apparently the “southern strategy” travels as he was accused of implementing a Racist campaign. With the University of Oklahoma still in damage control from SAE’s Racist carols, the University of Virgina is the latest publicized illustration of White Supremacy in the ivory towers. Matrese Johnson, a black third year student, was assaulted and left in a pool of blood on Thomas Jefferson’s sacred grounds. Howard Schultz did his part to lend a hand; he encouraged his Starbucks minions to discuss “race” while dispensing caffeinated, sugary beverages. And while Common snagged headlines with his imaginative, researched suggestion for eliminating Racism, Kendrick Lamar delivered a masterful counter-racist soundtrack.
