The Context of White Supremacy hosts the weekly Compensatory Call-In. We encourage non-white listeners to dial in with their codified concepts, new terms, observations, research findings, workplace problems or triumphs, and/or suggestions on how best to Replace White Supremacy With Justice ASAP. We’ll use these sessions to hone our use of words as tools to reveal truth, neutralize White people. We’ll examine news reports from the past seven days and – hopefully – promote a constructive dialog.
The most recent mass shooting – this time in San Bernadino, California – gave Whites yet another opportunity to feign outrage about gun violence. The shooting minimized attention on gun-toting Race Soldier Jason Van Dyke – who was released from a Chicago jail after promptly posting $150,000 bond. Van Dyke is facing first degree murder charges for the 2014 shooting of Laquan McDonald. While many debated the definition of terrorism and what type of violence should be branded as such, this week marked the 60th anniversary of Rosa Parks’ counter-terrorist offensive on a Montgomery bus. Unfortunately, Parks’ Alabama has remained staunchly dedicated to terrorizing black citizens, evidenced by the Alabama Justice Project’s report that enforcement officials and prosecutors conspired to plant drugs on and cage innocent black citizens for decades. And echoing much of Rosa Parks’ work against the sexual violation of black females, the Daniel Holtzclaw trial concluded it’s 5th week; Holtzclaw is facing 36 counts of sexual tyranny against 13 black females. Closing arguments will be made on Monday, December 7th.
