If you are awarded a grammy, you are considered to be the best artist among your peers. The problem is, the Grammys is a white-dominated organization and while it has long "included" non-white people, specifically Black people in the music business, the industry continues to support, promote and reward music that is harmful to black people in general and black women and girls specifically.

The Context of White Supremacy hosts the weekly Compensatory Call-In. We encourage non-white listeners to dial in with their codified concepts, new terms, observations, research findings, workplace problems or triumphs, and/or suggestions on how best to Replace White Supremacy With Justice ASAP. We’ll use these sessions to hone our use of words as tools to reveal truth, neutralize White people. We’ll examine news reports from the past seven days and – hopefully – promote a constructive dialog.
President Donald J. Trump christened Black History Month for 2017 by offering a less than stellar report on orator and attempted counter-racist Frederick Douglass. The new president showcased his affinity for dark people by moving forward with a ban “halting all refugee programs and immigration from certain Muslim nations.” Large numbers of Whites have protested and shouted about this measure – which could be a deliberate act to confuse non-white people. In Canada, Alexandre Bissonnette, a Suspected White Terrorist, orchestrated a Dylann-Roof-like attack on a Mosque. He’s accused of shooting at a crowd of approximately 50 people. Six people were killed. Many pundits posit that anti-muslim, racist rhetoric encourages these massacres. Speaking of Race Soldiers, convicted serial rapist Daniel Holtzclaw filed an appeal in Oklahoma. The former police officer is serving more than 200 years in prison after being convicted in 2015 of raping and sexually violating more than a dozen black females.
